💰 ডেলিভারি চার্জ:
📍 ঢাকার মধ্যে: ৮০/- টাকা
📍 ঢাকার বাইরে: ১৩০/- টাকা
🚚 রিটার্ন / এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি:
📌 পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পণ্যটি দেখে ও বুঝে নেবেন।
📌 পণ্য পছন্দ না হলে অথবা কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের উপস্থিতিতেই আমাদের হেল্পলাইনে যোগাযোগ করে সমস্যাটি জানান।
📌 ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পণ্য পরীক্ষা করার সুযোগ না থাকলে, পণ্যটি আনবক্স করার সময় অবশ্যই সম্পূর্ণ আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ধারণ করবেন এবং কোনো সমস্যা হলে আমাদের কাছে ভিডিওটি পাঠাবেন।
